• Min 3 years of accounting experience
• Assist manager to review and finalise accounts
• Experience in Preparation of Tax Computation and Schedules according to Singapore Income Tax requirements
• Submission of Income Tax Return
• Assist in other daily office administation and duties whenever is required to.

The preferred candidate should be able to converse fluently in the English language; have good communication skills; good phone etiquette; have a pleasant disposition and good work ethics; be able to type at least 75 w.p.m; and, be able to attend to general administrative duties.

Prior working experience in a law firm or litigation related work expereince would be an advantage.

About the role:

• Provide general administrative support;
• Manage client files and update information daily in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures;
• Manage inbound and outbound mails and couriers;
• Go through clients' physical mails received daily and process mails which require immediate attention;
• Scanning of clients' mails and documents to be properly archived into G-drive;
• Physical filing of clients' and internal documents;
• Perform "Know Your Customers" checks;
• Cross-checking of database against relevant records with the various Government regulatories;
