Job Description & Requirements

• Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
• Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
• Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
• Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
• Performing administrative duties assigned by superior
• Perform billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payment transaction
• Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
• Top up medications, and inventory and assist in stock-taking as required
• Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/“O’ level, NITEC, Higher Nitec in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
• Prior health care/customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably stay in the northeast area.
• Must be able to commit to 3-night sessions and/or weekend shifts.
• Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in customer service.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.
• The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure new products to meet business needs.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and address potential issues that could impact business performance.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to inform purchasing decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates as required.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and oversee stock aging to optimize inventory turnover.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or related.
• Min. 1 year of relevant Purchasing / Merchandising of Consumer Products experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office, SAP.
