Clinical Duties

• Closely supervised pieces of clinical work with children, young people or adults.
• Contributing to assessment of children e.g. school observations
• Preparing and scoring psychological materials
• Assisting in the collation of questionnaires, templates for reports
• Co-facilitating social thinking groups
• Organise and attend peer supervision groups for clinical case sharing.
• Possibility of manning psychological support line (not required at present).

Reception duties

• Reception cover (max 2 blocks per week) - registration, welcome of clients
• Triaging of cases

Written/ research related

• Prepare surveys and progress reports

Rise Kids and Teens is looking for an assistant therapy centre manager to help with the busy day to day running of our childrens therapy clinic. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar setting preferred and familiarity with Plato software beneficial. Must be able to problem solve on the spot while helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients to come to. • Work with Logistic Assistant to cross check and confirm on the machinery movement for billing
• Perform data entry and ensure on the accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

7. Inventory and Supply Management:Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: Minimum high school graduate in science stream. or equivalent is typically required; however, a postsecondary degree or certification in a scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or laboratory technology) may be preferred. Retired personnal are welcome too.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with laboratory instruments and techniques is important. Basic computer skills for data entry and analysis are also necessary.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate data recording and adherence to protocols are essential.
• Communication: Ability to communicate in English.

Requirements:
