• Attend final walkthrough of completed piping systems and verify clearing of all punch list prior to mechanical completion

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• 10 years’ experience in the process and/or utility/power construction industry.
• Experience in most areas, including field engineering, project control, quality control, administration of contracts and subcontracts, craft supervision, field superintendence, safety, labour relations, maintenance, turnarounds and outages, commissioning and other applicable positions and functions.
• Familiar with steel structural, equipment ( pump, water system , mechanical system installation, testing (T&C), piping system, plant construction. Understand with construction sequence and schedule and interface with all trade.
• Have knowledge and familiarity with the methods, practices, equipment, codes, documents, drawings, specifications, requirements, functions and control systems of the engineering and construction business.

• Check and compiledocuments for AccountsSettlement and issuepayment requests.
• Issue accounting notes and prepareStatement of Accounts.
• Check sales and purchase contracts.
• Ensure completeness of deal entry and match against signed contracts for physical trade.
• Perform validation of the trades done against trade incoterms.
• Acknowledge incoming paymentsfrom clients swiftly.
• Handle office enquirieson all incoming monies matters.
• Liaise with counterparties to verify payments.
• Liaise with overseas companies to reconcile the accounts.
• Maintain proper filing and accurate documents/records.
• Any other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting for a commodity trading house.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & Ois an added advantage.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Able to collaborate well with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to complete tasks under tight schedule.
• Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible with strong analytical and organisational skills.

- Manage timesheets and e-leave portal.

- Point of contact to the administrative staff from site office.

- Liaise with training section on the registration.

- Liaise with procurement section on safety shoe, uniform etc.

- Keep proper records of employees’ personal file.

- Handle the errand movement for migrant workers at dormitory.

- Perform regular updating of migrant records on WPOL/EPOL.

- Levy computation and updating.

- Manage company vehicles.

- Update HR Invoices to the system.

- Other ad-Hoc assignments.

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years or more years of working experience in similar capacity.

- Nitec/Diploma in business admin, social science, human resource or equivalent qualification in admin/hr environment.

- Good communication skills.

- Pleasant personality.
