Responsibilities:

1) to compute daily production incentives for workers

2) to verify invoices and DOs including updating in EBS

3) to assist HR in work permit renewals and medical appointments for workers

4) administer workers attendance and leave via the e-leave portal

5) takes charge of postage, pantry and office stationery

6) to manage the filing systems

7) to assist in company transport arrangement and company's event, if any

8) any other general admin tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min GCE N levels or office skills certificate
• Able to work independently and prioritise daily work tasks
• Pleasant personality and a can-do attitude
• Good organisational, planning and communication skills
• Responsible, discreet and meticulous
