ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the CFO to engage and manage the finance function for regional sites, with the support of a finance executive.
2. Work closely with the Country Finance Managers (CFMs) of the respective countries to ensure that country finance teams deliver to the expectation of HQ finance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in transformation management and the development of digital channel and marketing technology capabilities within a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Deep passion and expertise in digital and technology, with a strong understanding of digital channel technologies, digital marketing applications, CX/UX principles, SEO/SEM best practices, analytics platforms. Experience in Adobe Martech solutions (eg. AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics) is a must.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms including regional platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, RED, Line, Kakao.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated passion for building, inspiring, and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to foster teamwork and drive synergies across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong agility and the capability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities for engineering materials / equipment, and services based on the company's needs.
• Handle quotation, issue purchase order and maintain updated records
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Update internal databases with order details.
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
• Vendor sourcing activities.
• Prepare reports – Price evaluation report, expenses report and etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in procurement, preferably from EPC environment.
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Hands on experience with purchasing software.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Create positive and memorable guests’ experiences within the hotel lobby and reception area.
• Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous and efficient services to guests. Responsively and tactfully address guest complaints, requests, and enquiries.
• Maintains comprehensive and accurate knowledge of guests’ arrivals, events, amenities, outlets, and general information.
• Maintains close communication with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures.
• Ensure efficient and courteous service in baggage and transport handling as well as general enquiries.
• Approach any additional tasks assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
