ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Payable functions include verifying supplier’s invoices, initiating payments, data entry and maintenance & reconciliation of creditors’ ledger.
• Accounts Receivables function include AR aging, prepare AR reports & monitor cash balance.
• Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement.
• Monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
• Handling staff claims.
• GST returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS’s regulations.
• Liaise with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
• Undertake instructions from Directors and Managers for the transactions & assignments given.
• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely & accurate month end closing.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Responsible on accounts payables.
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• Shipment documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

· 2 to 3 years’ work experience as an Accounts Assistant

· Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures

· Familiarity with finance regulations

· Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software

· Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accordingly

· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

· Organization skills & Administrative Skills

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Working location: No 6 Tuas Avenue 6 (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and filing
• Assist in administrative and basic operational work.
• Handle paperwork and liaising with customers.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; a diploma in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in administrative or data entry roles preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other data management tools. Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and deficiencies in data and paperwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively.

• Perform Picking & Packing based on customer order

• Provide customer service and issuing of orders

• Perform loading and unloading of goods，Receive and inspect incoming goods

• Ensure accuracy and quality of items for receiving and delivery

• Communicate with salespersons and drivers

• Perform housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment

• Other store duties as and when assigned Requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least an 'O' level or 'N' level qualification

• Hardworking and can support overtime

• Physically fit as this job requires you to carry at least 15kg of goods, and diligent, and able to work independently
