This study seeks primarily to understand (a) the nature of educational pathways made by students through secondary education, (b) the drivers of the decisions made about educational pathways through secondary education (especially self-identity and agency, school and career aspirations, and social and relational contexts), (c) the stability and change patterns of educational pathways as well as factors that may be associated with change. We expect the drivers of educational pathways to be interrelated, and (d) through retrospective investigation, the factors at early childhood and primary school that contribute to educational pathways. • Perform heavy lifting operations
• Assist in forklift, chassis and heavy vehicles maintenance
• Daily maintenance and housekeeping of working area

• Ability to anticipate job activities, prepare tools and equipment before operation
• To maintain high standard of productivity and safety through proper work attitude
• Other ad hoc operations duties.

Requirement:-

• Minimum "N" Level / ITE Certificate or equivalent
• Possess forklift license, rigger/signalman cert, lifting supervisor cert, WAH cert will be an advantage (those without will be sent for training)
• Possess some computer knowledge to input data into Warehousing Management System
• Those without experience but willing to learn with positive attitude

• Responsible in Accounts receiveable and payable
• Prepare weekly cash flow, perform monthly bank reconciliation and quarterly GST reconcillation,
• Keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Processing of payments to suppliers, petty cash and staff claims
• Min 1 years working experiences with relevant expereience
• MYOB proficiency
• Bilingual and computer literate

The Assistant General Manager collaborates with the Managing Director and Head of Departments to oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations.

Job Duties

Oversees and manage the 4 areas of business :

1. Legal Compliance.

· Reviews and approve all Company processes and policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

2. Day to day operations.

· Provide leadership by communicating and reinforcing the company's strategic direction to stakeholders.

· Work with the Management team to ensure operational issues are resolved.

· Assess the company structure and provide recommendations to the Managing Director for improving efficiency and effectiveness.

· Driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement in support of company opportunities.

· Conduct quarterly reviews for all departments to ensure all targets are being met.

3. Risk Management.

· Partner with Business Development to create a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives business growth.

· Develop a strong understanding of the Business to weigh out risk for decision making and proposals.

4. Finance Overview.

· Implement and monitor yield management in all divisions to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

· Ensure compliance with company standards including proposals, costing of proposals.

· Oversee headcount and budget management to enhance the company's productivity and ensure effective succession planning.
