Job Description

• Adminstration support to the project team.
• Oversee all the day-to-day office adminstrative functions
• Adminstrative work and Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Filing, and well maintain of documentation records.

Requirement

• Must be able to use MS Office, emails.
• Willing to learn, fast learner.
• Due to company operation requirement, sat half day is a need, cannot alter it.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Accounts Assistant (AP/Account Payable):

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare payment vouchers and cheques.
• Enter inventory transactions.
• Handle sub-ledgers functions.
• Maintain detailed, perpetual inventory records and produce periodic reports.
• Handle other accounting matters such as verifying creditors statements etc.
• Handle banking transactions.
• Upkeep subsidiaries accounting transactions.
• Check and match DO, PO, GIR to suppliers invoice.
• Liaise closely with purchasing staff and store staff on suppliers documents.
• Filing of accounting documents.
• Project labour cost.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the accounts department.
• Assist the Manager / Executive in the closing of accounts.
• Assist the Manager / Executive in the regular auditing.
• Take on added tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in related field.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 +AWS +VB ( 2 Months )
• Working Location: West
