Job Responsibilities:

1. Correctly type reports and invoices within established time frames.
2. Provide general support to the operations team of the division.
3. Attend phone calls and record enquiries.
4. Assist the Admin Executive in maintaining the division's job database.
5. Generate invoices as per established rates.
6. Ensure all relevant documents are maintained in the file before closing job files and notify the Operations Executive regarding any discrepancy.
7. Assist the Admin Executive to perform data analysis for KPI's as identified for the division.
8. Liaise with drivers/courier companies, dispatch reports and invoices timely.
9. Handle and deliver division's mail correspondences.
10. Ensure all work done is in accordance to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
11. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Possess positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
6. Have good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
· Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and customer.
· Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow the direction and strategy of the management.
· Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.
· Good knowledge of retail business.
· Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.
· Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
· At least 5 years of managerial exposure.
· Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
· Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.
· Customer service oriented.
