The Assistant Regional Logistics Manager (APAC) will serve as a subject matter expert in trade and customs regulations, providing expertise in regulatory interpretation and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive FTA savings and cross-border savings targets through FTA optimization projects across Asia Pacific, collaborating with various functions.
• Address FTA and trade control issues raised by business operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the global trade administration team to ensure alignment on trade controls, customs management, HS classification, and FTA optimization.
• Monitor changes in trade policies, tariffs, and regulations to prevent penalties, delays, and ensure compliance.
• Support regional logistics projects, including process optimization, cost reduction, automation, and visualizing trade performance metrics such as FTA matrix and logistics reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field with strong analytical skills in SAP and Power BI.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in regional import and export compliance and international trade (FTA) experiences.
• Experience in chemical industry (manufacturing, commodity or trade) with experience in liaising with government authorities is an added advantage.
• Candidates with Customs Brokerage License will be an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge regulations on global trade, HTS and customs.
• Independent, strong analysis skills and strong team player.

Key Responsibilities
CSA Execution & Coordination

• Implement and support CSA processes aligned with enterprise risk governance standards.

Program Enhancement

Skill Set Needed
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Information Security, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CRMA, CIA, CISA, CPA, CA).

Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in risk and control management roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERM tools, CSA processes, and risk culture initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of ERM frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk culture best practices.
• Proficiency in GRC platforms for managing ERM, CSA, and Controls Continuous Monitoring (CCM).
• Experience with data analysis tools like Python, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
