· Answer incoming calls and perform other receptionist duties when needed

· Apply, maintain and update outlets’ relevant licences, (SFA, Electrical license, Music License, Liquor Licence etc.)

· Render administrative support to CEO and Business Planning Managers

· Assist Business Planning Managers for the setting up of new outlets and closure of outlets

· Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential document

· Order office supplies, Stationary and research new deals and suppliers

· Run company’s errands to post office, SFA, SP services and office supply store

· Coordinates and organizes department meetings and conferences including meeting venue bookings, catering requirements, sets up the room and any other requirements of department meetings;

· Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging courier services etc.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Be involved in the organisation and operations of major strategic events undertaken by the unit, including front line responsibilities like hospitality during events, ushering of VIPs/guests.
• Be aware of the current general topical issues locally, regionally and globally, and be able to effectively connect these general issues to the overall SMU key strategic initiatives.
• Able to propose and write persuasively on relevant topics/synopsis and connect the relevant internal and external speakers for OCCM’s thought leadership platforms.
• Able to propose the use of the appropriate platforms and formats for thought leadership events; effectively and efficiently organise thought leadership events on virtual platforms and/or hybrid events (a combination of virtual and physical format). Able to propose and use, where appropriate and when applicable, multi-platforms for an effective marketing reach.

• Diploma / Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of working experience.
• Recent graduates may apply.
• Able to write persuasively, articulate confidently, and have mid to extensive events management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and track the marketing budget.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies including branding, lead generation and competitor analysis.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across all platforms including traditional and digital platforms
• Ensure marketing activities align with the company’s strategic objectives
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Collaborate with media partners and advertising agencies to brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business from a recognized university, majoring in Marketing
  At least 6 - 10 years’ experience in Marketing or similar role will be considered favorably.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
• High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Observant and analytical with experience in analyzing and interpreting data
• Graphic design software skills or equivalent will be considered favorably.
