Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax documents and support tax filing processes.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure that employees' salaries and benefits are accurately calculated.
• Process and file necessary financial paperwork, including receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide support for internal and external audits as required.
• Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned by senior staff.
