• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards

• To manage the Xero accounting system, the ApprovalMax PO system for School East and School West

• Liaise with the vendor on trouble shooting of both system issues

• Work under the supervision of the Head of Department, Finance

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

• Ad-hoc matters relating to accounts

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Min 5 years of Accounting/ Finance experience and 2 years in supervisory role
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and experience in accounting software such as Xero and ApprovalMax
• Independent, highly organized and motivated
• Proactive, resourceful with eye for details and accuracy
• Meticulous, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with positive attitude and good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across organisation
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliation

• Handle office admin matters
• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer and HODs.
• Efficiently manage CEO and HOD's schedule, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, claims, and organizing documentation.
