• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
• Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies
• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes
• Assist in developing leadership programs and other initiatives to promote career growth
• Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment performance, and workforce demographics
• Work with management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention efforts
• Maintain and update HR management systems and databases

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all office administrative work
• Handle all purchase , like stationeries, pantry needs, etc
• Handle company assets purchase, renewal of vehicle VPC, Road Tax and Insurance for vehicle and office.
• Assist with Invoicing.
• Perform incoming and outgoing process of staff
• Handle Directors expenses claim and administrative stuff like – booking of air ticket and accommodation.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior or management
