Accounts Assistant
Job Description:
- Issue Sales Invoice for all jobs completed during the month.
- Perform data entry into accounting system.
- Filing/binding of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Process of staff claims and petty cash disbursement.
- Assist in month-end closing, review of AR/AP aging, reconciliations and reporting.
- To Support Accountants and any other related Admin duties as assigned
- Maintance & Process Data on INFOTECH HR APP
- Manage regular Bulk Purchase
Requirements:
- LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word & Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possesses self-motivated & positive attitude.
