To ensure success in your role, you should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you should possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills.

· Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
· Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
· Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
· Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
· Knowledge of payroll.
· Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.

· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human resources/Accountancy.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant in-house human resources experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
· Knowledge of employment legislation.
