Primary Duties or Responsibilities

•Ensure that clients’ subsidy tier (including ECDA EIC scheme, ETS and ATF), financial assistance and subsidy deviation information, transport application and withdrawals, transport fee changes, approved financial assistance and subsidy deviations, client long absence records and approval outcomes on funding application for long absence are timely and accurately updated on relevant internal and external client data management systems.

•Provide support in the collation, organization and analysis of client and programme data.

•Manage Mean Test application & processing for ECDA EIC scheme, ETS and ATF on HOMES.

•Submit endorsed and verified Transport billing report to AWWA Finance.

•Support EIC Operation/Admin Manager in Enabling Transport Subsidy (ETS) claims.

•Coordinate with AWWA Finance on other transport billing matters including billing adjustments.

•Submit funding application for long absences with valid justifications to funders via FormSG.

•Provide support in the preparation for annual audits and other assurance visits by funders.

•Adhere to workflows to ensure timely report submissions as required by management, funders and administrators.

•Maintain and protect confidential client records in accordance to prevailing guidelines.

•Ensure appropriate e-filing and record keeping through proper maintenance of records and annual archiving of documents in hardcopy or softcopy format.

Other responsibilities

•Contribute to continuous process improvement in EIC Centralised Admin functions.

•Provide coverage of duties of Admin Executive when required.

•Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer or AWWA Management.

Organisation Unit Purpose

The WB Credit Risk function within the Singapore Risk Team is a major control function for the Singapore Branch. Through close collaboration with the Front Office, Operations, Finance, Head Office etc., the unit strives to facilitate various aspects relating to Credit Administration, Reporting, Portfolio Analytics, and Documentation. In general, it is a key contributor to the overall financial performance of the Segment and the Branch.

Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible for critical aspects relating to Risk management such as Monitoring & Controls, Regulatory and Group reporting, Portfolio Analytics (Management Information), etc.

As part of the wider Risk Team, the job holder will also work alongside other colleagues in facilitating pan Bank coverage on aspects relating to Regulatory and Group reporting, compilation and reporting of Portfolio metrics and other aspects relating to Enterprise Risk Management.

Job Content

Credit Administration including Monitoring & Controls

• Together with RMs ensure that approved limits are appropriately recorded in the Bank’s systems.
• Monitoring, reporting and tracking remediation of Excesses & Past Dues.
• Tracking Annual and periodic Credit Reviews
• Monitoring and tracking Financial Reports, Covenants and Risk Triggers (including reporting of Exceptions and overdue).
• Tracking Adverse News Reports, facilitating Early Alert Reporting, etc.

Regulatory & Group Reporting

• Work with key stakeholders in Finance and Operations to ensure that Regulatory and Internal reporting requirements are well understood and complied with in terms of accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Facilitate leveraging of available tools and process improvements to improve overall reporting quality

Loan Documentation

• Together with WB RMs, ensuring timely completing of Facility Offer Letters, Loan Agreement and other related security documentation – both for new clients as well as for existing clients (bi-lateral and syndicated facilities).
• Tracking outstanding documentation and updating management on reasons for delays if any.

Portfolio Analytics including facilitating and managing inputs for key Risk Committee meetings

• Facilitate timely compilation of key Portfolio Metrics relevant to Branch and Group Management.
• Facilitate and organize WB Credit Committee meetings as per pre-organized schedule. This will include coordinating inputs with relevant stakeholders in Front Office, Finance, Operations, etc.
• Facilitate inputs for other relevant meetings such as Branch Risk Committee, Operational Risk Committee, etc.

Enterprise Risk Management

Liaise with relevant Branch and Group stakeholders on matters relating to the portfolio including but not limited to:

• Audits – Internal, Statutory
• One-off updates for Regulators
• Stress Testing,
• FRR matters,
• Inputs relating to IFRS9, ECL, Impairment forecasting, etc.

Credit Approval

Work alongside key stakeholders in the Front Office and within the Risk department to facilitate timely reviews of credit request (both new and renewals). Initially this aspect of the role will be determined on a need basis by the CRO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to build pipelines on Platform on data can be processed effectively

• Organize the database such that all clinical data are linked and easily retrieved - Build the pipelines for federated data sharing

• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and visualization work to support research projects, grant applications, and publications

• Database Management - Manage the database used to host our clinical data to ensure that it is maintained operationally in a cost-effective manner

• Perform data cleaning, data standardization, and data structuring for data in the database

• Coding work required
