Job Description:

Provide recruitment support for all levels of staff including:

• Job advertisement posting;
• Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements;
• Conducting interviews to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring Director;
• Conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate;
• Schedule interviews for hiring Director via online or face to face.

Requirements:

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Training will be provided for candidates with minimum experience.

First round of interview will be held via zoom.

You will assist in admin and HR duties. The company has a HRMS system (Info-Tech) for routine HR duties and encourages automation / digitalization of all routine HR functions.

• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Organise Company Internal Newsletter
• Manage day-to-day office upkeep, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• 2 years of experience in similar
• Proficient in InfoTech HRMS System and other HR-related software applications
• Proficient in MS words, excel & powerpoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willing to learn

Role & Responsibilities

1. Liaising and coordinating with workers/supervisors and/or other relevant party on foreign workers related matters
2. Assist in updating and maintaining employees' personal records
3. Responsible to administer employee payroll, leave, attendance and claims
4. Assist in all new application of work passes including renewal and cancellation work passes matters.
5. Assist in updating all training records and monitoring all training progress
6. Assist in preparation of employment contracts
7. Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by HR Department.

Job Requirements

1. Proficiency with Microsoft office ( Eg. Microsoft excel and words)
2. Minimum with Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent related qualification.
3. With at least 1-2 years of human resources and administration related experience.
4. Candidate with construction related industry is preferred and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and other platforms.
• Help schedule and conduct interviews.
• Support hiring managers in creating job descriptions.
• Maintain candidate records and assist with recruitment tracking.

Qualifications:

• Min A-Level, Diploma, or Degree holder in any field.
