Responsibilities:

• Compile information and data for regular reporting of Dengue and daily attendance.
• Inventory management and procurement of department supplies.
• Collate NP306 to mail out to respective divisions.
• Collate decantment list and update excel list (rejected cases).
• Tracking and updating of new GP Clinics into EPIC (via EPAS). Check and print GP replies are tagged to the correct address before being posted out. Amend GP referral tagging in EPIC if case is still open. Manually edit wrongly tagged GP replies via Letters if case is close. Raise eBarf for wrongly tagged gp replies that have exceeded the 3 days limit.

• Update staff deployment changes and calculate monthly lateness via Attendance log and Teams.
• Check and update staff payback on Teams via payback form submissions.
• Prepare Staff biodata file and Induction files for new hire training, assign lockers, arrange system access, and conduct a short Emergency Department tour around the different areas for new hire.
• Log staff fingerprint into biometric machine.
• Order hampers for staff on Hospital/Medical Leave.
• Submit e-pay request for bereavement token.
• Order name stamps/nametags/staff pass, process staff claims via e-pay/petty cash.

• Manage office admin duties (e.g., faxing, scanning, shredding and filing documents).
• Coordinate meetings and room bookings for meetings, as well as minutes writing.
• Mailing of docs and mail collection for the department.
• Any other duties as requested by department.

Requirements:

• Min. A levels/Diploma holder and above
• Able to work for 6 months period
• Must be comfortable in using excel file & looking at numbers
• Must be comfortable in calling patients & organizations with outstanding payment
