• Responsible for updating patients’ information and sending reminders for dental treatment
• Responsible for gathering patients’ feedback forms and handling patient feedback
• Clean and sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms as needed
• Ensure the appropriate supply of equipment and materials
• Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist
• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room

Scope of services:

Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.

Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.

Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

Good communication, pleasant disposition and inter-personal skills

Basic Proficiency in MS Office like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and GCE 'O' or “N” level with a credit in English.

Preferably have at least one year of past experience working in a school environment.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Contract Period: From 1 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 (Base Year) + 1 Mar 2026 to 28 Feb 2027 (Option Year) with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 Mar 2026 to 28 Feb 2027.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accuracy & timely processing of accounting data
• Assist in Accounts Receivable functions
• Recording of payments received in the ERP system
• Liaise with respective departments, especially operations team, to resolve issues, check and follow up documents
• Assists in following up of outstanding accounts receivables from various customers
• Perform day to day accounting & administrative related tasks
• Assist in month end closing and ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly reports
• Prepare journals and audit schedules
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• “O”/“A” Level, LCCI or Diploma preferably in Accounting or Business
• Good team player, mature, independent, multi-tasker, initiative, meticulous, proactive and with positive working attitude
• Diligent and result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge in basic accounting & accounting software is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
• Ability to start work immediately or within short notice
