Job Description & Requirements

· Issue invoices & email to customers & cargo agent

· Release AWB to Coload/Export on request

· Request of AWB when stocks low

· Monitoring, updating & recording of AWB inventory

· Cost checking of invoices from Airlines and cargo agents

· Process vendor invoices and payment vouchers

· Follow up with vendors for refunds and dispute

· Follow up with customers for payment and any dispute

· Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager as & when required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday , 08:30 to 17:30 Hours
• Alternate Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00 hours

Education:

• GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)

• Provide therapeutic and care assistance to clients at the senior care centre under the guidance of the Primary Therapist.
• Perform vital sign checks and, if needed, assess pain levels before and/or after exercises or activities.
• Support the therapist in educating clients and their family members or caregivers.
• Lead physical and/or virtual exercise sessions in accordance with care plans established by the Primary Therapist, including activities like stretching, strength training, range of motion exercises, and using physical modalities.
• Facilitate maintenance activities such as physical, recreational, and other planned exercises as directed by the Therapist or Centre Manager.
• Collaborate with care staff to raise patient concerns to the Multi-Disciplinary Team, ensuring individual needs are addressed.
• Manage the client visitation schedule using a weekly planner and promptly inform clients or caregivers of any updates or changes.
• Monitor and manage inventory for necessary supplies and equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks for equipment
• Qualifications
• GCE O or N level
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support), Certificate in Therapy Services or equivalent
• Computer literate to do electronic entry into online record and basic usage of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in healthcare/community care setting would be an advantage.

Job Scope:

• Manage petty cash, office supplies, and refreshments.
• Carry out administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and processing mail.
• Organize sales invoice records and send them to customers.
• Oversee supplier payments and prepare accounts payable reports, ensuring accounts payable ageing/reconciliation is completed.
