• Position : Senior Human Resource Executive - Up to $4800 (Jurong Point)
• Location : Jurong Point
• Working hours : Mondays to Fridays - 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting the HR Manager in identifying and developing policy and procedure updates/amendments in conjunction with best practice and local legislation
• Analyzing trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains talent
• Review monthly payroll computations and reconciliations
• Managing and coordinating end to end recruitment process
• Handling staff onboarding and off boarding process
• Following up on staff confirmation
• Monitoring and following up on staff contracts, including re-employment
• Monitoring work pass expiry and submitting work pass application and renewal
• Managing student internships and teacher attachments
• Maintain employee data, records, and reports for HR projects and initiatives
• Monitoring MOE Instructor Registration applications and renewals
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Polytechnic diploma / Degree holder
• Knowledge of Employment Act
• Knowledge of Human Resource system
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

Job description:

• Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing
• Training and course arrangement

Responsibilities:

· Ensure employees conforming to company’s policies and regulations.

· Ensure company conforming to government’s regulations, e.g. Employment Act, CPF ,MOM regulations and etc.

· Monthly Income Tax, CPF and other relevant contribution preparing.

· Meeting and solving government issues with their respective officer.

· Responsible for employees’ EA form.

· To enforce and review the company’s policy, employees guidelines & updating the employee’s handbook.

· Participate in company’s policies and regulations formulation.

· Responsible for the preparation, coordination of recruitment, and arrangement for interview.

· Prepare monthly payroll and maintain the payroll records for employees to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

· Provide work related or personal counselling for employees.

· Execute and prepare the performance appraisal for employees for year end bonus and annual increment reports.

· Prepare monthly HR reports as required by superior.

· To handle employee’s exit interview and domestic inquiry.

· To conduct induction program for new staff.

· Provide solutions and proposals to meet departmental quality objective.

· Checking punch cards & update leave, medical & training record from time to time.

· Revised HR procedures and forms for running HR operations smoothly.

· Preparing and updating correspondence letters and memo to all employees.

· Employee Personal Files and HR System updating & backup from time to time.

· Customized reports layout by reprogramming accordingly to the needs of Management or other departments.

· Problems analysing and solution proposing to Management when needed.

*** Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.

Academic Requirement:

Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher

Experience/ Skill:

▪ With at least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources environment.

▪ Resourceful, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills

▪ Confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.

▪ Well versed in Employment Act and Industrial Relation.

▪ Computer literate.
