Project Management

• Participate in the HRIS project team in a designated role, such as Project Manager or Security/Data Subject Matter Expert, ensuring smooth planning and execution from start to finish.
• Serve as the Human Capital Management Department’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all infrastructure security and data integration aspects of automation projects. Collaborate with the Japan Head Office Security team to implement solutions in line with security regulations, including compliance with PDPA as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with approximately 5-7 years of experience in IT services for financial institutions.

• Proficiency in Japanese is preferred, as this role involves communication with stakeholders in the Japan Head Office Security Department.
