What will you be doing?
· Assist new customers at the counters and provide information about the services and answer inquiries.
· Answer reception phone calls and write down information.
· Capture incoming and outgoing vehicle details (Weight, No. of Pax, etc.) into the weighbridge system.
· Tally operations weighing details with the weighbridge details.
· Retrieve or create customer details via the system to create a payment voucher.
· Verify the accuracy of payment details.
· Initiate/verify authentication approval for payment.
· Handle customer issues and feedback
· Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions in both digital and physical formats.
· Regularly update and maintain customer and transaction records
· Maintain clear and effective communication with the operations team, drivers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
· Provide general administrative support for office consumables.
· Provide administrative support to operations and fleets.
