Job Description:

General administration support, including but not limited to:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Process and perform system entries for accounting transactions.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
• Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents.
• Input and update information in database and spreadsheet.
• Support the annual accounting or licensee audit process by preparing necessary reports and schedules.
• Assist with daily operational purchasing activities, including processing, and following up on purchase orders with suppliers.
• Support HR-related activities such as payroll and employment matters.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Ensure that deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to communicate with chinese speaking clients and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently.
