You will provide high quality medication packing, including multi-dose medication packaging services and assist the executives in ensuring smooth daily operation in the Pharmacy Services Centre.

Duties:

• Ensure accurate reading and interpretation of prescription
• Ensure accurate processing of prescriptions - checking on validity, keying, packing and labelling
• Ensure the medication packed for the respective Intermediate, Long-term Care (ILTC) facility is sorted out accurately.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at the work area and storerooms
• Maintain proper records of the prescription
• Comply with all standard security procedures for the store operations.

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘O’/’N’ level with 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare industry

Admin Assistant II (Timekeeping cum MS&O Admin)

• Supports Refinery-Process timekeeping administration
• Setting up and maintaining manpower reconciliation through weekly shift schedules (WSS).
• Manage technician OT claims and input into DART system, incl. daily cross checks and random controls checks
• Responsible for close tracking of work hours to ensure technicians meet min hours for post manning competencies and to meet MOM OT exemption regulations through OT management tool (rolling deck) and timekeeper worksheets
• Responsible for tracking of technician post qualifications to ensure shift team competency is met for post manning.
• Steward data for monthly management report: OT summary, absenteeism, special assignments, etc.
• Update technicians’ work schedule rule changes in GSF system
• Work closely with supervisors on claims and WSS issues

Supports MS&O administration

• Single point of contact (SPOC) for Jurong Onsites chemicals/utilities and other materials & services payment tracking
• Perform monthly accruals
• Follow up on delivery and payment status, and maintain up to date records
• Work proactively with BL contacts, Warehouse and Procurement/Payables

Skills & Qualifications

Role Description:

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic by working closely with the Clinic Manager and other team members. To deliver consistently good patient care.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Involved in daily operations of the clinic, including patient registration, submission of patient claims, dispensing of medications, inventory management, stock re-supply and accounting processes
• Cultivating good relations with patients, to understand and assist in addressing their needs, concerns and queries
• Assisting the doctor in simple medical procedures
• Acting as a chaperone to the doctor, when required
• Maintaining the overall upkeep, cleanliness and sanitisation of the clinic premises and equipment daily
• Ensuring Safe Management Measures are in place and constantly observed by all staff and patients
• Other ad-hoc duties, when required
