Ensure administrative function is conducted in accordance with company policies systems and procedures.

The role of Admin Assistant involves a great deal of multitasking. You will work with reams, oversee the operations within company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engaging in planning according to the needs of company.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain up to date records of materials purchases and deliveries to enable accurate end of month turnover figures to be produced.
• Oversee all administrative tasks in the office.
• Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
• Establish and maintain appropriate filling and information flow systems.
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
• Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls and perform reception duties.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filling system.
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails.

Job Description & Requirements

• Adminstrative dutis includes answering phone calls, typing, scanning, copying, data entry, opening and distribution of mails, office stationaries.
• To provide administrative support
• Handle en-block owner with collections of keys
• Verifed and collection of documents as required from owner at site
• Handle condo owner with their enquires with the condo defects
• Issues of condo units and keys
• Other ad-hoc duties
