Roles & Responsibilities

The main duties and responsobilites are as below, this is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to the needs of the organization.

• Responsible for full set of corporate secretarial work, mainly IT companies.
• Handling company secretarial matters, including Annual Return filing, conducting AGM, preparation of AGM documents etc,
• Compliance with provision in the Company Law, Statutory Reporting / Filing and corporate governance.
• Supporting the team members to deliver and maintain high levels of service in timely manner and with high work standards.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
