Job Scope:

The person will oversee the M&E projects from engineering design inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications; and managing manpower and other resources.

The person will be working with site personnel, and site activities and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business but not limited to the below:

· Project management, site meeting, and coordination

· Engineering & technical study, identify variation works and submit accurate cost implications.

· Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

· Experience in M&E contracts, documentation, and having an established network of vendors, suppliers & contractors will be an advantage.

Overview:

The Treasury, Corporate & Finance Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day treasury and corporate functions, ensuring that the Group meets its financial and regulatory obligations. Position Overview

Role: Marketing Admin Assistant (Fulltime/Contract 1 year)

Salary: $2,500 – $2,900

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

As a Marketing Admin Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the existing team with tasks as

described below.

● Stay updated on company products and services to support inquiries effectively.

● Support end to end marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution and deliverables.

● Assist in taking images and videos for media production.

● Periodic market research and consolidation of data for marketing insights and planning.

● Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and administrative materials.

● Update and manage the company’s website, Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

● Study the inventory with accurate content, pricing, and images.

● Review and manage files on Google Drive.

● Assist in booking appointments and processing sales invoices through the POS system.

● Prepare and coordinate materials for events/workshops whenever required.

● Take on additional projects and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

● Minimum Nitec or higher qualification in business and marketing related. No experience required.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.

● Familiarity with design software, photography and videography editing is a plus.

● Fluency in English (spoken and written) and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

Your day to day

Under the general direction of the Hotel Manager, oversee the activities of the Room Division to ensure the achievement of established quality, guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. Adhere to governmental regulations concerning hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

Financial Returns

· Ensures training needs analysis of Rooms Division is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs

· Conducts probation and formal performance appraisal in line with company guidelines

· Maintains up to date staff records and approves leave requests etc. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance

· Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

Guest Experience

· Build and maintain positive relationships with all customers and guests in order to exceed their needs

· Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations

· Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers

· Ensure your direct reports have current guest focused standards and procedures which are used effectively for training purposes

· Ensure all front office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention, and personal recognition

· Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests.

· Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships that drive continuous improvements in guest satisfaction.

· Conduct routine inspections of the front office and public areas and take immediate actions to correct any deficiencies.

· Ensure that guest satisfaction data is analysed and that plans are developed and implemented to achieve established goals

· Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information related to the expected arrival and departure of VIP’s and other key guests, or other special guest needs

People

· Direct day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.

· Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance

· Educate and train team members in compliance with brand standards, service behaviours, and governmental regulations.

· Ensure staffs have the tools, training, and equipment to carry out job duties
