• Proactive calendar management – scheduling meetings and appointments; reminders for upcoming deadlines on incoming requests or events; performing other ad-hoc tasks as required by MDs
• Coordinate and manage travel plans and arrangements including flights, ground transportation, accommodation, visas and other necessary preparations
• Ensure MDs are prepared for meetings, as well as organizing and occasionally attending meetings and note taking
• Preparation of management reports in collaboration with Business Operations Manager & GM
• Provide input into Company events on behalf of MDs – e.g. meeting agendas, logistics, materials preparation
• Manage and process expense claims for MDs
• Carry out other specific projects or tasks as instructed by the MDs

Requirements
