Be responsible for the managing of Human Resource responsibilities and supporting the HR operation functions such as recruitment, onboarding, administration, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist in organizing employee well-being programmes & company events.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters.
• Updating of monthly organisation chart, manage telephone enquiries, incoming and outgoing mails.
• Assist with office administration duties such as assisting with courier services, receiving of deliveries, ordering of stationery, hampers, corporate gifts etc.
• Perform any other duties as assigned and requested by Manager.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/ Master’s in human resources, Business Administration and related fields.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong in Excel and PowerPoint, possess strong data visualization skills.
• Strong interest in HR, with exposure to talent development and organizational culture concepts.
• Savvy and dynamic personality with an eagerness and ability to learn new things quickly.

Job description

The Business Analyst - Business Lead will work closely with traders and sales in FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Credit, Structured Products and Equity Derivatives to understand their functional requirements in order to implement the best fit technology solutions for T&M. This requires a combination of communication skills, strategic vision and understanding of technology, data flows, product knowledge, pre and post trading workflows and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Understand trading and sales desk needs and develop strong business case and justification
