Duties and Responsibilities

• Build tendering network to source and prepare tender ground work
• Supervise, monitor and manage all ongoing awarded tenders and ensure tender delivery on time
• Source new and review vendor's solutions costing and quality
• Ensuring prompt payment collection from concluded Tender
• Support AGM's planning works on business and product development
• Understanding of CV market development in competitors' products

Competency Requirement

• Good knowledge on MS Office and tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc
• Good knowledge on Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for GOV tender
• Good knowledge of Automotive business,(CV preferred), to support business & product planning / Development

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline. (Degree preferred)
• At least 3 years in Tender related work
• Involve in business / product development / planning work

Job Responsibilities

• Compilation of unaudited reports using Word template, including cash flow statements
• Vouch accounting ledgers and propose audit adjustments
• Prepare lead schedules using Excel
• Prepare tax computations and wear & tear allowance schedule
• Review GST returns
• Liaise directly with clients for audit queries
• Conduct audits on site and by email/ phone correspondence
• Attend stocktakes

Job Requirements

• Possesses at least 6 months' experience in external audit in Singapore, Malaysia or overseas countries
• LCCI Level 3 / ACCA / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• Guidance provided by Chartered Accountant
• Able to work independently

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including conducting reference checks, to attract and retain top talent.

· Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, which includes coordinating orientation, access card issuance, IT coordination, and exit clearance.

· Prepare and administer a variety of HR-related letters, such as employment contracts, confirmation, promotions, and employment certificates.

· Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, including WP, SPass, EP, Dep Pass, and LOC.

· Administer worksite-related passes, managing applications, renewals, and cancellations for passes like Jurong Island, SIC, and terminal passes.

· Maintain accurate employee records in the PAYMASTER System and P-file, ensuring data integrity.

· Process training applications, manage training grant filings, and maintain training-related documentation.

· Address employee inquiries on diverse HR matters, providing accurate and helpful information.

· Oversee monthly payroll processing, including overtime hours and timely submission of statutory payments.

· Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, IR8A, and IR21, ensuring compliance with regulations.

· Participate in statutory and ad-hoc surveys as required.

· Manage leave administration, medical insurance, and work injury compensation.

· Collaborate with government authorities and agencies on employee-related matters.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR programs, projects, and policies/SOPs.

· Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly strong MS Excel skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and robust analytical abilities.

· Strong command of oral and written communication.

· Resourceful, meticulous, and capable of working independently while fostering teamwork.

· Ability to multitask and manage a broad range of responsibilities effectively.

· Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
