· E-Claims (medical)
· Verification of monthly medical Invoices
· Corporate membership
· Condolences, baby shower, wedding token
Leave Management
· Ensure that all leaves applied are updated accurately and promptly.
· Ensure due submission of supporting documents (birth certificates, wedding certificate, death certificates, medical certificates)
HRIS
· Input of new joins staff information into the HRIS
· Ensure timely update of clinic listings in Our space
· Ensure information on staff is updated promptly
· Ensure that any change in staff particulars are updated in the HRIS promptly
Onboarding Preparation
· Creation of staff pass
· Creation of e-files for new joins
· ITSM
Application, renewal and cancellation of work pass/dependent pass
Others
· Photo-taking of new joins
· Assist in other ad hoc HR activities (Eg corporate orientation)
· Provide administrative support within HR Division (eg ; requisition of stationary)
· Updating of monthly work schedules into the share point
Job Requirement
• Diploma or degree (preferably in HR related discipline) or those with post graduate diploma in HR
• Pleasant disposition and positive outlook
• Possess good initiative and resourceful
• Team player and able to interact effectively with people at all levels
• Meticulous and good proficiency in Microsoft office (Words, Powerpoint, Excel)
