Job Description:
• Partner with Bank’s IT and wealth management stakeholders to understand and document business needs, analyze processes, and identify improvement opportunities
• Understand current systems and workflows, proposing optimized solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the technical solutions meet business requirements
• Develop and document detailed business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
• Define UAT test cases to test the business requirements
• Review of data and work to improve on data quality
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to capture requirements and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams and developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and addressing any challenges
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on client life cycle management - wealth management or financial services.
• Proven experience working on technology-driven projects
• Good understanding of wealth management products such as investment funds, portfolio management, retirement planning, and advisory services.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence (BI) tools, and reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in wealth management

As a part of the cbs technical team – we custom ERP developments, integration projects, and cloud apps for our global and internal customers. We create concepts, execute the implementation, and manage our projects. We are responsible for all phases of the software and project lifecycle based on our project methodology. To expand our local team in Singapore, we are looking for SAP Senior Solution Consultant/ Solution Architect.

Job requirements

Expectation and tasks as SAP Senior Solution Consultant/ Solution Architect:

• Analyze functional requirements, create technical design and approach for complex IT solutions.
• Implement solutions independently using state-of-the-art programming languages (ABAP 7.4+, CDS, SAPUI5, Java Script) and tools (SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, ABAP Workbench).
• Participate in an Agile software development cycle and collaborate with project managers as well as functional counterparts.
• Write technical documentation and test scripts.
• Share knowledge and experience with colleagues.
• Contribute to cbs best practices and methodologies.
• For Solution Architects:Perform architectural, technology and functional consulting in global SAP template and rollout projects, as well as being involved in areas such as customer support and project coordination.
  Act as technical team lead for the requested deliverables which includes adhering to the timeline, effort and assuring quality.
  Lead part of the software development cycle participating in tasks such as establishment of development guidelines, documentation standards, quality assurance, coaching of junior colleagues, and communication with relevant stakeholders
  Collaborate with the onsite European team.
  Evaluate new SAP technologies and supporting build know-how in these areas, integrate into cbs processes.
  Be responsible for a team of developers involving tasks such as team supervision/guidance, definition of work packages, coordination and controlling tasks within projects.
  Coach colleagues in functional, technical, and methodic topics.
  For the technology area, be responsible for cbs projects and customers as well as engage in pre-sales support in all kinds of SAP technology topics.
  

Qualifications and Skills for SAP Senior Solution Consultant/ Solution Architect:

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or any other science topic, preferably with a background in business / industry & commerce.
• At least 8 years (Solution Architect)/ 5 years (Senior Solution Developer) as an SAP ABAP developer in customer projects or a similar environment
• Knowledge in other programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS or in topics such as HANA, SAPUI5, XSLT, Java, etc
• Having skills in Data Migration (LTMC/LSMW), AIF, Process Integration/Orchestration, Cloud Platform Integration, Business Technology Platform, Fiori development would be an advantage.
• Special matter expert knowledge in enhancing e. g. MDG Master Data Governance, GTS Global Trade Service, eWM (Warehouse Management), TM (Transport Management) desirable.
• Basic knowledge in using at least one SAP module in the areas of logistics or finance.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies beneficial
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Sixtrees is a 20 year old company specialising in 3D interactive graphics and animation solutions such as

VR, AR, Metaverse, Digital Twins and 3D explainer animation videos.

This is a Part Time and WFH position (except for when needing to meet clients face to face).

Roles and Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries

- Engage customers (online meetings, calls, and face to face), to understand their needs, and draw up relevant past samples to present and ideate with client. (hence there is a need for successful candidate to familiarise themself with our company portfolios)

- Organise and curate portfolios and samples to clients

- Convey clear and meaningful requirements back to the pricings and production teams for evaluation.

- Ability to ideate and create client proposal decks is a bonus

- Other adhoc tasks as required

Optional roles with added pay (additional $1000 to $1500 per month)

- Simple Admin and Finance functions

Skills Required

- CRITICAL REQUIREMENT:

-Must have background and understand 3D Interactive Graphics / 3D Animation

and/or

When required though there will be face to face meetings / demonstations / presentations with clients, and transport claims will be provided.
