POSITION SUMMARY:

The B Capital team is looking for an outstanding contractor to join our growing Business Intelligence team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and advocates for its impact on decision-making, whether with helping us make better investments or extending impact on our existing investments.

You should be well-versed in extracting, organizing, and transforming key business data of different formats/structures, as well as building data visualizations that answer key business questions. Being able to present and communicate the results of your analysis is critical to this role. A key aspect of this role will also involve helping to drive GenAI capabilities that will transform how B Capital operates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with our engineering team, investment team, portfolio team to analyze and answer key business questions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to extend GenAI capabilities internally and integrate it into operations across various functions of the firm (this will include business intelligence/analytics)
