You are responsible for timeliness in processing of patient bills and claims, checking for bill accuracies and review completeness of patient documents for medical claims. In the course of your work, you will handle patient enquiries relating to bills, claims and payments. Responsibilities:

Project Implementation

1. Arrange meetings to understanding potential clients’ business solution requirements

2. Arrange with clients’ to do a site survey to familiarise with outlet layout

3. Prepare client’s system backend and hardware

4. Onsite installation of hardware

5. Provide training for users on operating the system

Technical Support
