Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director Business Solutions, you will take a lead role in developing and driving the sales strategy. Key focus areas will be to develop direct sales of services as well as some work in retaining current contracts when re-tenders are required.
- To demonstrate a strong understanding of our portfolio of solutions and capabilities across the sectors and the universe of opportunity to support the strategic targets and profitable growth strategy
- Develop and execute business plan that meets and exceeds established sales target
- Responsible for managing sales pipeline of prospects by identifying prospects, determine needs, introduce capabilities in prospecting and closing.
- Able to lead the design and delivery of innovative and compelling solutions and proposals that represent best company and industry best practice
- Be resourceful in generating leads which may include using own network, cold calling and lead generation utilizing the sales process to maximize strike rates and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients over the opportunity lifecycle.
- Develop strong rapport with the Operations team to ensure clients requirements are delivered
- Prepare documentation such as proposals, tender documents, and presentations
- Utilization of CRM system to track activity and opportunities including timely and accurate update and management
- Analyze, collate and prepare industry reports
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, influencing situations and negotiating outcomes at a senior level within the B2B market
- Possess high level of professionalism and integrity
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Meticulous and well-organized with the ability to work under tight timelines
- Commercially astute, coupled with strong financial and entrepreneurial experience.
- Proactive and self-driven, results driven and highly adaptable.
- Degree preferably in Business or Sales with minimum 3 years’ experience in good understanding of market trend in local F&B and / or institutional food service with a strong network
- Proficient in MS office
