As a Sales Manager at Netweb, you will be responsible for helping to drive demand and deliver Sales Solution like Data center, Storage, Cloud, Deep Learning, Big Data, and HPC solutions.

Execute sales strategies to ensure profitable growth, focusing on prospecting work to secure new accounts

· Develop strategic sales goals.

· Seek out potential customers (e.g., Government/Enterprise/BFSI/Oil & Gas,etc) through cold calling and follow-up customer visits

· Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads

· Strategically position Netweb’s products and services

· Develop customer relationships and maintain/manage accounts

· Expand existing client accounts for retention and growth

· Negotiate various types of contracts

· Be accountable for all dimensions of an account, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery.

· Negotiate sales pricing, monitoring orders, facilitating credit issues and negotiating sales returns

· Other relevant duties as assigned by management.

· Lead and functionally handle a dedicated core client management team (Sales, Solution Manager, Industry Expert, Delivery Executive)

Requirements

• Conduct workshops and lead discussions with customers for business requirements
• Perform feasibility study and fit/gap analysis on the requirements
• Liaise with subject matter experts/technical team for the design of solutions
• Perform system configuration and run the unit testing
• Able to coordinate and organize systems integration testing with external parties
• Coordinate and assist the customers during user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate and assist in the reporting of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Work with technical team to resolve issue/bug fixes
• Conduct user training session
• Support UAT & PRD deployment
• Documentation of material required for deliverable (Functional Specification, Test Plan, Test Scripts, Training Material etc.)
• Assist in project management activities by supporting the Project Manager
• Mentor and guide new or junior colleagues

Requirements

• Preferably prior business analyst or consulting working experience
• ·Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 2 Years working experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, internal teams and external vendors
• An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and detail oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task and take ownership and be responsible for the tasks assigned
• Openness and willing to learn new solutions and grow existing skill sets with a positive mindset
• Prefer candidates having work experience in a multi-national environment
• Knowledge and/or experience with the following technologies (SQL database, java, .dot, html, xml) would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:​

• Plan & Execute sales activities to achieve Target sales revenue & growth.

• Review sales plans and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of sales target.

• Builds strong customer relationship through direct negotiation with all Trade Partners (various channels which includes buyers and retailers).

• Managing of Brands and Negotiation of floor space.

• Efficient control of A&P budgets, monitoring of productivity/ROI.

• Ensure timely execution of trade promotional activities.

• Attend to other ad-hoc duties assigned by Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry.

• Possesses relevant experience in Sales and has direct negotiation with buyers and retailers with understanding of consumer channels.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills and has the ability to identify trends in the market.

• Has strong passion for FMCG Sales and Marketing.

• Self-motivated, highly initiative, resourceful, positive and independent worker to carry the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor and control works program and activities for bored pile projects including:
• Lead project team in day-today operations
• Monitor project budget
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, clients and relevant authorities
• Chair and attend site meetings
• Supervise and monitor the site labour force and the work of subcontractors
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on-site
• Resolve any or other site related technical problems encountered

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent, recognised by PEB Singapore.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in bored piling works.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work with employees at all levels
• Ability to interface with internal and external customers
• Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
