He will be reporting to the director with regards to all operation at the hobby card store.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Doing the stocktake

2. Organising the weekly tourament for the different cards games in store

3. Faciliating the sales and buying back of hobby cards

4. Liasoning with the supplier from overseas and local distrubutor on stock for each card games

5. Updating facebook of store's event dates

6. Taking pre-orders of products from customers

7. Organising event like card convention in singapore and overseas

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. In-depth of hobby cards, including various types of cards (e.g., trading cards, collectible cards), rarity, grading systems, and market values.

2. How to use e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and our own website gather the sale list and send out to customers via mail or shop collection

3. Organizing and managing events such as card shows, trade fairs, and promotional events to engage with the community and increase brand visibility.

4. Negotiating deals with suppliers, distributors, and partners to secure favorable terms and enhance business relationships.

Responsibilities:

Objectives of the Position

• Financial Controller and sub-regional Supply Planner for our Agricultural Solutions Asia Pacific South East Asia (SEA) sub-region.
• Act as advisor, challenger and business partner to the business unit Business Area Director (BAD), Local Business Managers (LBM) and the local management teams in all matters of financial relevance and daily business steering.
• Leader for the Agricultural Solutions Controlling and Business Planning team in SEA, consisting of Country Controllers and Operational Business / Supply Planners.

Main Tasks

1. Monthly Financial Forecasting and Business AnalysisReview and finalization of sales forecast
