We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
• · Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Business Development Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Job Responsibilities

1.Media Resource Development:

Independently expand and manage domestic and international media resources, including SSPs and app developers. Maintain daily partner relations, resolve issues, and coordinate internal processes.

2.Industry Insights:

Provide valuable insights and business model analysis through client/media interactions and industry research.

3.Market Tracking & Product Improvement:

Monitor mobile advertising trends, competitor moves, and product applications, proposing improvements and updates as needed.

4.Project Coordination & Monetization Optimization:

Work with internal teams to develop ad monetization solutions aligned with global market and developer needs, driving scalable revenue growth.

Qualifications

1.Experience: 5+ years in overseas media partnerships; knowledge of DSP, ADX, SSP, SDK preferred. Proven ability to accelerate business growth.

2.Market Insight: Strong analytical skills for identifying and driving overseas market opportunities.

3.Communication & Ownership: Independent thinker with excellent communication, innovative mindset, and strong accountability for project success.

4.Fluent in English and Mandarin

Business Development & Supplier Partnership

• Combing the markets and generate leads through cold calling.
• Lead global contracts negotiation in relations to contract and commercial matters such as contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, overrides, terms & conditions for attraction tickets.
• Responsible in re-contracting of existing agreements.
• Review and analyzes new products/services at all the agents/guest touch points and determines feasibility of potential business partnership opportunities and relationships.
• Manage the development and launch of new product offerings.
• Manage content uploading not limited to product details, terms & conditions and order fulfillment process.
• Develop and deliver internal presentations and communications to keep internal teams up to date on all Product Development matters.
• Analyzing the product of different competitors to ensure our best conditions in the market.
• Analyzing weekly product/sales reports to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Analyzing opportunities for opening of new destinations and product development.
• Generate additional revenue through Incentive Contracts with Suppliers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations/proposals to prospective suppliers with a successful closing rate.

• Responsible for achievement of given targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business/Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Senior position will be considered based on experience.
• Strong desire for tourism sales with focus on career and industry growth
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty.
