Responsibilities
· Responsible for developing and implementing a business development plan that is aligned with overall corporate vision, strategy, and targets of different business streams.
· To increase awareness of the Company within the business community and particularly among prospective clients.
· To secure new business for the company as well as managing the existing pool of accounts.
· To manage customer relationship with the aim of improving existing customer satisfaction and account profitability throughout the region.
· Responsible for maximizing synergy and overall profitability among different Countries and Streams when developing strategies and proposals.
Requirements:
· Degree with minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably in similar capacity in a marketing company with a strong network of business contacts in China.
· Ability to effectively engage with senior marketing professionals from client side, as well as understand, navigates and manages complex, hierarchical corporate clients.
· Ability to effectively manage project teams assembled from different business units within a large corporate agency.
· Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills
· Extensive knowledge of engineering business/economic environment; forecasting skills; strong customer-centered selling skills.
· Works well under pressure. Demonstrates sound judgment, common sense and insight.
· Willing to travel frequently for China. etc. subject to current coronavirus-related travel restrictions (travel frequency: 70%)
