- To match suppliers’ delivery order and invoice with our purchase order and goods receive and make payment in good time

- To submit GST claims as stipulated by governmental requirements

- To check through Delivery Orders and ensure that they are correct before coordinating with Administration to send out invoices

- To keep track of the outstanding amounts owed by customers and coordinate with Marketing to ensure timely collection of payment

- To generate monthly statement of accounts of each customer

- To maintain the system record of all accounting modules in good order

- To prepare, obtain approval and pay out Cash Payments, Petty claims and miscellaneous claims when necessary.

- To perform processes as per documented requirements to uphold integrity of data accuracy, required for measurement of the effectiveness of quality and environmental management’s continual improvement effort.

Job Description

The Business Analyst/Project Manager role in corporate technology is a critical function. The team is responsible for requirements documentation, project delivery, program management, domain knowledge, and collaboration with all teams involved in the software development lifecycle. The team covers all post-trade support including all middle office and back office functions: trade capture, position keeping, operations, treasury, finance, compliance, human resources, investor relations, procurement, etc. This particular role will be focused heavily on Regulatory reporting and compliance leading the MAS and supporting the MIFID reporting efforts.

Principal Responsibilities

• Project delivery of corporate technology-sponsored and business-driven projects

• Develop and document business requirements for regulatory initiatives including understanding the regulations and documentation of the interpretation and rules associated with the implementation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to MAS reporting and develop technical solutions accordingly.

• Data analysis on specific requirements for technology projects

• Communication of requirements to development and testing teams

• Developing and enforcing project governance for various initiatives and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans, data dictionaries, and user guides.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• 7+ years of hands on experience with business analysis in financial services

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting space (MAS experience a plus)

• Proven track record of hands-on project delivery experience across the SDLC at an Investment Bank, Software Vendor, Exchange or ATS, or Buy Side Firm

• Experience with development methodologies including waterfall or agile

• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams / functional areas

• Ability to communicate at detailed levels to development teams and users and executive updates to senior stakeholders.

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential reporting issues
