Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end closing tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.
• Work with internal and external auditors to provide necessary information and support.
• Assist in improving financial reporting processes and system enhancements.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to Head Office and regulatory authorities on time.
• Review financial data to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in banking, focusing on financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Requirements

• Ideally someone with more than 10 years of in enterprise sales

• Strong domain knowledge in Cybersecurity

• Strong network across government and enterprise sector

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as this role will liaise with counter-part from

China

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining a good relationship with existing customers

• Identifying new sales lead

• Arranging meetings with existing and potential customers to prospect for new

business

• Effective in negotiating the terms, price, delivery, and specifications with

customer of an agreement or sales contract and closing sales

• Gathering and updating customer and market information

• Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations

• Anticipating forthcoming product developments

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements

• Prompt in handling customer’s queries efficiently and accurately

• Consulting with Direct Report as and when necessary

• Internal reporting of sales progress

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales function experience in the Marine industry.

• Able to conduct and present oneself professionally

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong customer service and sales skills to generate sales

• 3 - 5 years working experience
• Experienced in government projects on GCC is an added Advantage
• Completed at least 1 SDLC
• Experience with application wireframe UIUX tools
• Scrum Master or Product Owner Certified (Optional)
• AWS or Azure fundamentals certified (Optional)
• PMI-PBA Certified preferred (Optional)
• Good Command of English
