Responsibilities

· Conduct 1-to-1 online/offline (@Novena) lessons

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services at office premises, residential apartments and/or building areas
• Carry out general cleaning and maintain cleanliness using appropriate materials, products and equipment
• Handle and dispose waste according to standard procedures, instructions and cleaning industry standards
• Comply with performance standards as well as workplace safety and health policy and procedures

Requirements

• General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning
• Must be able to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste

Job Scope:

• Work with the Office Relocation team as Finance Representative in preparation for moving of office, including packing of documents.
• Support the annual asset verification cum asset write-off exercise in preparation for office relocation.
• Support the registration and tagging of new assets, and update asset locations post office relocation.
• Liaise with the business departments in asset verification and tagging.
• Work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues faced during the asset verification exercises conducted using RFID technology.
• Assist with asset management transactions/postings in Workday and Digital Workplace Asset Management System, reconciliations, etc.
• Perform sampling checks on assets.
• Any other adhoc assignments.

Job Scope:

a) Assessment of current systems;

b) Plan and project management of various outsourced IT vendors on tasks and activities on setup of application systems in the new infrastructure, data migration, testing, etc.;

c) Coordinating and facilitating stakeholders' involvement (e.g. business owners, GovTech etc.) in activities such as testing and change management;

d) Monitoring and providing timely status reports on various migration stages and activities.

• Open and close AAS requests in Intelligent Workspace (IW), including checking and filing of documents.
• Monitor AAS e-Litigation and AAS inbox.
• Process and review of applications/documents, handle electronic filing of documents.
• Upload documents system
• Perform data entries of applications processed in Master Excel spreadsheet.

Archival of Digitised Files

• Extract digitised records from external hard disk drives.
• Sample digitised records against physical materials returned by digitisation vendor.
• Upload digitised records to IW as the repository for all official and finalised records in company

Printing and Scanning Operation

• Operate print-room equipment, including printers, copiers and binding machines for print jobs assigned.
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and store digital files in appropriate locations.
