2. Structured Product Development & Management

• Customize solutions for clients by tailoring structured products to match their risk appetite, investment goals, and market outlook.
• Regularly monitor the performance of structured products, gather feedback from clients and IFAs, and identify opportunities for product improvements or new product offerings.

3. IFA Relationship Management & Distribution

• Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), private bankers, and wealth managers to promote structured products and drive sales.
• Conduct regular training sessions, seminars, and one-on-one meetings with IFAs to enhance product knowledge, increase awareness, and ensure they are equipped to effectively promote the firm’s offerings.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for IFAs, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them meet their clients' investment needs.
• Expand the company’s distribution network by identifying and partnering with new IFAs, brokers, and financial advisors to enhance market penetration.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets for structured products within the IFA channel.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends in structured products and the broader wealth management space.
• Use market intelligence to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and distribution tactics, ensuring the firm’s products remain differentiated and competitive.
• Prepare and present detailed market reports and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

7. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure that all structured products and related activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to monitor regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains in full compliance in all regions of operation.
• Ensure that risks associated with structured products are well understood, communicated, and managed effectively.

8. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track and report on product performance, client feedback, sales achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
• Provide regular updates on the business development efforts, highlighting key opportunities, challenges, and progress towards goals.

9. Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

Experience:

• Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and other distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets for structured products or similar investment offerings.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management within wealth management or financial services, with a focus on structured products.

Role Title: Head of New Business Operations

Role Purpose: The Head of New Business Operations is responsible for operational leadership, service excellence, and admin support across the New Business and Underwriting value chain – everything from the time an application reaches Chubb to when the policy is delivered to the customer.

The role focuses on:

1.Operational Strategy (~30% focus)

• Develop and own the operational strategy for NB&UW – improving efficiency / effectiveness and bringing better customer experience and business outcomes via people / process / technology.

Develop the target state flow / North Star model and provide the challenge (and ultimately requirements) around how we get there. Our office is located at CT hub2, near to Bendemeer MRT, interview will be done strictly face to face.

This position will be responsible to support CIOO IT Finance Management functions. You will be required to work closely with CIOO Institution Services and Cluster Finance teams and Group Finance teams, as well as various departments across Synapxe and cluster office.

Supports the GCIO and Institution IT Director office to ensure the smooth operations of the IT Finance Operations, adhering to the finance governance and compliance and ensuring accuracy and completeness of IT Financial records for audits and management reporting.
You’ll also be tasked to support the department in process improvement and cost containment initiatives, such as streamlining the IT billing process and tracking & monitoring of actual IT spending for management reporting.

Business Finance Operations:

· Provide analysis and projections in IT related cost, including IT budget and utilization to cluster and institutions. Analysis includes conducting due diligence for data reconciliation, as well as rationalisation and presentation of findings.

· Support and assist cluster CIO Offices in project costing and budgets relating to cross cluster projects and maintenance cost (including transfer pricing matters).

· Design and build custom reports to cater for ad-hoc, as well as monthly and quarterly reporting to NHG senior management and board.

· Support month-end and year-end activities – including collation, review and dissemination of various IT reports.

IT Governance and Budgeting

· Plan, drive, facilitate and execute annual budgeting exercise for Cluster IT budget. This involves working with CIOO Programme Managers, IT Directors, Institution and Group Finance teams, Synapxe project managers and functional analysts, including high-level understanding of applications.

· Monitoring and managing Cluster IT portfolio budget, commitment, planned cash-flow expenditure, financial analysis, and IT Finance reporting requirements.

· Work collaboratively with various teams and act as a liaison between CIOO, NHG Finance teams, and Synapxe, supporting cluster CIOO activities.

· Advice, support and work with various teams to ensure compliance with IT governance, such as authorisation process.

· Maintain strong and effective Risk management and Audit compliance.

Requirements / Qualifications

· Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent is preferred.

· Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Account/Finance roles. Relevant working experience in IT or Healthcare industry is a plus.

· Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Meticulous, well organised, resourceful, highly motivated and adaptable to rapid changes.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholders under tight timelines.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel for financial analysis, reporting and presentation materials.

· Experience in SAP FICO, MM module and ITBM (including generating and analysing finance data) is a plus.
