Job Scope:

- Handle walk-in parents, students, clearing generic emails, manning the General Office Counter and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

· To assist in customer service at the counter

· To answer telephone calls and direct to the respective parties, if necessary

· To assist in administerring simple first aid for students

· To assist in the clearing of the generic emails

· To assist in data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel

· To assist in any other clerical duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level

• Able to commence work on 02 Jan 2025
