Summary

In this role, you’ll handle full P&L accountability, drive budgeting and forecasting, and oversee pricing analysis and monthly financial reporting. There is a probation period of 3 months where you are expected to hit the sales target within 3 months or you will be terminated.

For the probation period: You are expected to report 9am - 6pm, and focus on generating 10 leads every day, and close sales every week.

Your probation period ends once you achieve the sales target. Afterwhich, you are responsible for how much you want to earn through your own hard work.

Job Overview

The Partner Manager is responsible for building, managing and growing partner relationships, identifying and developing a pipeline of key business partners, co-selling with partners to win new business, and overseeing and driving partners to get customers to value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a Partner Network: Cultivate and manage a network of regional partners to drive customer success and create a robust pipeline to meet sales targets.
• Achieve Revenue Goals: Collaborate with and drive revenue through partners to achieve regional sales objectives.

Requirement

• >5 to 10 Years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred. Prior knowledge of enterprise IT solutions will be an added advantage

• Relevant experience with resellers or System integrators would be an added advantage.
