ROLE SUMMARY

The Human Resources Executive supports all aspects of the HR Department. He/She must possess strong HR generalist competencies and be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

This job position is important to the College’s educational success as faculty and staff are our most important assets. Influencing a cohesive and productive workplace and promoting the College’s values where everyone works to realize the College’s established mission and objectives is key.

The scope of work will involve administering the full spectrum of HR’s day-to-day functions and support the HR Leader/s in strategic HR management, organization development and HR relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
