Role Summary

Digital Transformation is at the heart of our client’s group strategy. The Single Platform Augmented Consumer Experience (SPACE) program is a cornerstone CRM program conceived to put consumer at the heart of this transformation which help us achieve consumer centricity, digital strategy and seamless experiential brands. Main Responsibilities

Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive rollout and integration of SPACE products for 1 market, across multiple brands.

Covert and close the leads generated through online promotions

Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.

Precourse Counselling and answers questions from agents and students about product and service benefits

Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies

Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Data Analyst with a strong background in working with multiple data sources and generating actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data handling using Excel, with a preference for experience in the Infrastructure domain. The role requires analytical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to derive business insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and automate reports using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and charts to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and provide data-driven solutions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement by analyzing large datasets.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise technical documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems and reports.
• Utilize visualization techniques to present data findings effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Visualization of the resource systems, files and filed information for creating internal/external reports.
• Data mapping of downstream systems.
• Monitor task progress of the user side, conduct issue & risk management, and provide support for solving them
• Provide Local insights and feedback to project planning with Area PM
• Other regular reporting such as regional progress, challenges and success to Area PM
